Germany requires a header with data elements that are not provided on the CRS import, so the user must provide this information. 

When generating the XML you will be prompted with this window:

This version adds a UI for Germany. To test put  “BZ123456789” in the first and “1234567890” in the second. 

They have to have the right number of digits, and the first has to have a “BZ” or “BX” prefix (case sensitive). This adds the data for the elements in the header above the our standard XML spec
