Reference PDF: crs-naming-conventions.06212018pdf.pdf

All namespace attributes must all be on a single line on line 2
Prohibited characters
The below characters are not validating against Ireland's submission portal and are removed when generating the XML. Additionally, the XML generation process generally replaces special non-ASCII characters (i.e ø or å) with their XML ASCII equivalents (i.e ø). However, because the &# is prohibited by Ireland, and the special characters (i.e ø or å) are also prohibited by Ireland, the special characters are translated to their ASCII equivalents using a best-effort approach (i.e ø →o, å→a). Sometimes, no translation may exist or the translation may be slightly off - as there are different translation keys that can be used.
