• 1098:  modified boxes 4 & 5
• 1098-C: renumbered boxes 2a through 2c

• 1099-K: draft version adds box 1b and renames box 1
• 1099-MISC: removed box 11 & 12
• 1099-OID: renamed box 5 & 6
