Contract & Deposit Requirements
A contract is required for all customers submitting a total of 10,000 or more forms for Print services. There is no contract requirement for most customers submitting less than 10,000 forms total, or customers submitting for eFile Only services. Exceptions include customers in bankruptcy, with a history of payment issues, or located internationally.
