Postage

All Print rates include first-class postage for both domestic and international recipients.

Tax Form Layout

Forms are printed on legal size paper with an address panel at the top. The address panel includes the recipient mailing address with an Intelligent Mail barcode and return filer address. The tax form layout is identical to our software's Combined Recipient Copy layout (typically Copy B/Instructions/Copy 2), with the exceptions of select forms.

Multi-Form Insertion

Print uploads that contain multiple forms issued to the same recipient (i.e., identical name, TIN and address) may be inserted into a single envelope, up to a weight not exceeding the cost of first-class postage. This courtesy service is appreciated by recipients and is provided at no additional cost to the filer.

CASS

The Service Bureau implements CASS - Coding Accuracy Support System - for all Print services.

• Customers cannot opt out of CASS.
• Recipient addresses may be modified to update outdated addresses, standardize addresses, and format incomplete or misspelled addresses.
• If an address is not verifiable via CASS, the address is mailed as-is.

Foreign Recipient Addresses

Tax forms may be undeliverable if the recipient's mailing country and corresponding address fields contain invalid, incomplete, or missing data. See Service Bureau Import Tips for help with foreign addresses.
