NOTE: This update is required for state direct filing for Ohio and Rhode Island.

Fixed:

Filing
- Ohio (OH) 1099 state direct files were being rejected due to file length issue. (JARVIS-2173)
- Rhode Island (RI) 1099 state direct files were being rejected due to file length issue and missing K record. (JARVIS-2169)
