FIXED: 1042-T Box 3a and 3b were not totaling correctly.  The total should be (Box 7a + Box 8 + Box 9 - Box 11).  Previously, Box 11 was not being subtracted.

UPDATED: 1095-C "Plan Start Month" to recognize blank vs. "00" on both import and manual entry.

UPDATED: Added text to the 'Form Type' in the 1220 file generations screen to show 1099-MISC "NEC" (Box 7) sessions.
