This is a required update in order to generate correctly formatted IRS 1220 eFiles and to update Federal/State thresholds.

UPDATED:

• Federal Thresholds
  • Tax Year 2018 for the 1098-T, 1099-DIV, & 1099-S tax forms.
• State Thresholds
  • All States - Updated to match the federal threshold changes above for the 1098-T, 1099-DIV, & 1099-S.
  • Connecticut (CT) - Standard Threshold rules to include all 1099-R forms.
  • District of Columbia (DC) - Activated 1099-K Standard Threshold for state tax withheld.
  • Idaho (ID) - Activated 1099-K CFS Exception Threshold for state tax withheld.
  • North Carolina (NC) - 1099-MISC CFS Exception Thresholds.
  • North Dakota (ND) - 1099-B & 1099-MISC Standard Threshold rules to match the federal thresholds.
  • Pennsylvania (PA) - 1099-MISC Standard Threshold rules to capture newly required reporting boxes.
  • Pennsylvania (PA) - W-2G Standard Threshold rule.
  • Wisconsin (WI) - Activated Standard & CFS Exception Thresholds for 1099-K reporting of state tax withheld.

FIXED: 

• Electronic 1220 formatted eFiles were not generating properly for state codes or the CFS program. 
• 1099-DIV (2015-2017) blank stock layouts were incorrectly printing the 2018 layout .
