Starting in Tax Year 2022, the Service Bureau introduces Upload Windows to allow customers greater control and flexibility in submitting their data. Previously, customers had fixed upload dates. An Upload Window is the timespan that you may submit your upload(s) for guaranteed processing by the respective IRS/SSA deadline. You are welcome to submit your upload - no appointment is necessary - there is no need to call in. However, if submitting 2,000 or more forms for print services a contract and paid deposit are required, see Contracts & Deposits, bellow.
New customers or customers who may require support are encouraged to submit early in the Upload Window. Please anticipate extended wait times in our phone queues from January 20 to January 24.

Uploads received outside of our Upload Window will be processed as quickly as possible. The Service Bureau does not guarantee turnaround for uploads received outside of our Upload Window.

Customers submitting a combined total of 2,000 or more forms for Full or Print & Mail Only services are required to sign a contract and pay a deposit before print services can be initiated. Submit a Service Bureau Scheduling Request to initiate the contract process. There is no contract or deposit requirement for most eFile Only or Bulk TIN Match customers, or print customers submitting less than 2,000 forms for Full or Print & Mail Only services.
