NEW: All 2015 1099 form updates:
1099-INT - Two new boxes added (12 and 13), CUSIP and State boxes renumbered. Also got the new FATCA checkbox.
1099-DIV - New FATCA checkbox.
1099-OID - New FATCA checkbox.
1099-MISC - New FATCA checkbox.
NEW: 2015 1099-K rule. Box 1b "Card not present" is now required for 2015.
NEW: All 2015 form printing is now final and including instructions.
NEW: Business rules have been added to forms 1099-G and 1099-LTC.
NEW: Scheduler log archive process.
NEW: Scheduler log view has new "Log Status" filter.

CHANGE: 1042-S electronic files for prior years now set the Chapter 4 code to '15', per the IRS.
FIXED: Filer imports could have an issue if updating a record with an existing Location Code.
