IMPORTANT: You will need a 2017 Authorization Code starting with the letter 'A' BEFORE installing this update!
NEW: Added a print/export checkbox, selectable from the "Codes/Flags" section when viewing a form, that allows for the export utility to filter out any records that do not have the checkbox marked. This feature is designed for selecting records to print over a desired time frame and then exporting the selected records in one job - as opposed to printing them out individually.
NEW: 592-B functionality for California Y/E forms & and quarterly reporting. Please see the help file. NOTE: SP4 had a 592-B issue when accessing protected forms. Fixed in SP4a.
NEW: New error scan upon import that looks for indications that a company name is used in the first name field e.g. DBA, Associates, Partnership, _Inc. Note: Company names should be imported into the "Last Name/Company" field.
NEW: Added option for export maps to output a blank for numeric values if the value is zero (for numeric fields only, i.e percentage/year, not amount fields).
UPDATED: Wizards have been updated to accommodate early filing of 1099-MISC, W-2's and/or all forms because of the early filing deadlines of 1/31/2017 for 1099-MISC Box 7 NEC & W-2. Some screens streamlined for less clicks when uploading to SB.
UPDATED*: The ability to create a 30 day electronic filing request for 1095-B & 1095-C forms. Added in the 1099-MISC with Box 7 Non Employee Compensation. Note this extension must be filed timely submitted before the due date of January 31 2017.

FIXED: Quarterly Reporting of withholding for CA & ME would sometimes create 2 files instead of 1 file.
FIXED: Tagging of Filers for the electronic extension for Filers without any forms.
FIXED: Export map wizard so changing a sample value when setting the processing options will immediately display the changed value as it would be exported.
FIXED: 1099Pro.NET preference item to auto capitalize first letters in Name/Address fields on a form has no impact). Now, entries in last/ first/ middle names/ name 2/ address 1 and 2 fields should automatically capitalize first letter of each word for Tax forms/ Filers/ Recipients/ Info Requests.
FIXED: 1099Pro.NET Change for MS Edge (changed the size of the footer, moved all the buttons up, so the link will not cover up buttons).
*Note - Requests for Extensions for W-2 and 5498-QA must be filed timely via paper Form 8809 only!
