FIXED: Display issue on filer's contact information on form 1095-B. 

FIXED: Employer Zip and State field were not following correct field sizing based off Employer Address type.  

NEW: Ability to select ALL forms during a group action delete from the browse, enter and edit screen. 

NEW: Ability to select ALL forms during a group action reset from the browse, enter and edit screen. 

NEW: Enabled the "Advanced Options" for printing Pressure Seal/ACL formats to let access to the Address/Envelope Offset feature.
