The Service Bureau offers specialty services to our Full Service and Print & Mail Only customers. These services require advance preparation on your part. Specialty services have setup and per form fees, in addition to our standard Service Bureau rates.

  • Online Access Standard: Recipients view their tax forms on our ViewMyForms portal, in addition to receiving a paper tax form in the mail.
  • Online Access API: Recipients view their tax forms on YOUR website via their existing login credentials, in addition to receiving a paper tax form in the mail.

Electronic Delivery (E-Delivery)

Recipients provide consent to exclusively receive their tax forms online. Recipients who do not consent receive a paper tax form in the mail. See Paperless Tax Form Delivery Solutions for detailed information on this service, including rates.

TIN Compliance available within 1099 Pro Sovos Software

Issue W-9 & B Notices to Recipients as generated and tracked within 1099 Pro software.
