NEW: Created an option to set the default password for emailed PDFs to the form's Rcp Account.

  • New column  DefaultPassEmail (tinyint) added to Preferences table.

    • DefaultPassEmail = 0 - Current default, or if not set: password set to 5 first chars of RcpTIN + 5 first chars of RcpZIP.

    • DefaultPassEmail = 1 - Password set to RcpAccount.


NEW: Added a new mode where users can only change TIN, name, and address fields on the 1099-K form.

FIXED: W-2G printing of records created from ASP after 2012: Tax Year was printed incorrectly (always 2018).

FIXED: Highlighted record is not selectable in Select Recipient lookup window.

FIXED: Exporting transactions to Excel or .csv with a custom view applied.

UPDATED: Removed the CS admin options for the  "ASP Module Preferences -> RCP Options -> Select from Forms (ASP Only)" as they had no effect.  They must be selected separately for 1099s, W-2s and 1042-S options in the CS admin options.

UPDATED: Modified the process of assigning sequential Amendment No. on 1042-S corrections: before only corrections of Amount change and higher were assigned Amendment No. (because only they were considered as filed with IRS), now all corrections will be assigned Amendment.  

A number of other small fixes and enhancements are also included in this release.
