FIXED: 

  • General - Fixed File Upload control on Documents detail page.
  • Excel Export from Usage Report was not working. 
  • W-2 Transaction amounts were missing  in transaction detail from form view. 
  • 1042-S Box 10 calculation was summing incorrectly.
