Important

The below items will be coming in a future release and in accordance with IRS/SSA/State/Territory deadlines.

  • Puerto Rico eFiling (499R-2), ACA eFiling (1095-B & 1095-C), & 1042-S Service Bureau.
  • All other Puerto Rico forms for importing, printing, and eFiling.


NEW:

Business Rules & Validation:

  • 1095-C - New business for offer code, zip code, and employee age fields. (ASP-620)

    • R42: Missing Zip code

    • R43: Missing employee age. 

    • R44: All 12 month and sum of monthly premiums must be < 3,500

  • PR 499R-2 - New business rules R18 and R19. (ASP-638)
    • R18 - Missing DOB for Exempt Salaries Code E.
    • R19 - Salaries exempt code cannot be used more than once. 


UPDATED:

2020 & 2021 IRS/SSA updated forms and instructions. 


FIXED:

Form View:

  • 1095-B & 1095-C - Creating a custom column view with the new fields caused SQL error. (ASP-641)
  • 1095-C - Browse for October Zip field display misalignment. (ASP-642)

Export:

  • PR 499R-2 - MW Print Export was not loading correctly.
