Release Notes

NEW:

  • 2019 IRS/SSA Updates - All final 2019 forms are now available.  Form Changes for 2019: 
    • Form 1098-F (NEW)
    • Form 1098
    • Form 1099-B
    • Form 1099-G
    • Form 1099-PATR
    • Form W-2
    • Form 1042-S
  • 2019 IRS/SSA Updates - All final 2019 IRS PDF's & instructions are added. 
  • Security & Administration - Added identity provider initiated (IdP) login functionality for SAML SSO (single sign on).
  • Service Bureau - Added mail tracking for print sessions through the 1099 Pro Service Bureau.
    • Mail Tracking - Shows real-time results, from the USPS, of when/where the piece of mail was last scanned into the mail stream.  This can be used as proof that a form was mailed and to estimate the time of delivery.
    • Mail Tracking is not Certified Mail (which requires a signature upon acceptance).


UPDATED: 

  • 2019 IRS/SSA Updates - All form exports to support new 2019 fields.
  • 2019 IRS/SSA Updates - Business rules are updated for the 2019 form changes. 
  • 2019 IRS/SSA Updates - 2019 W-2 maximum/limits.


FIXED: 

  • General - Fixed File Upload control on Documents detail page.
  • Reports - Excel Export from Usage Report was not working. 
  • W-2 Transaction amounts were missing in transaction detail from form view. 
  • Form Entry - 1042-S Box 10 calculation was summing incorrectly. 


A number of other small fixes and enhancements are also included in this release.
