Release Notes.

NEW:

  • 1099-NEC Custom Fields
    • Added three new, customizable, amount fields for the 1099-NEC in Tax Year 2020+.
    • These fields can be imported (standard or transactional), viewed on the tax form, displayed on custom print statements, queried on, included in reports, and exported.
    • The fields are designed to capture extra amounts that companies would like to track (i.e related to non-employee compensation breakdowns) and are not included in standard printing or IRS/State reporting.
      • To enable these fields, please select Tax Year 2020 and go to Security & Administration → User Fields and Email → Manage Optional Fields for other Forms → Select the 1099-NEC.  From here, you can activate the fields and give them custom names for when viewing them.
